นโยบายการรับประกันสินค้าของ KT SHOP THAILAND
KT SHOP รับคืนสินค้าภายใน 30 วันนับแต่วันที่ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้า

• เพื่อความพึงพอใจสูงสุดในการช็อปปิ้งออนไลน์กับ KT SHOP THAILAND ทาร้านมีนโยบายรับคืนสินค้าภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ท่านได้รับสินค้า  เมื่อร้านได้รับคำขอคืนสินค้าของท่านพร้อมทั้งได้รับสินค้าคืนจากท่านแล้ว KT SHOP จะตรวจสอบสินค้าโดยจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 3 วัน เพื่อตรวจสอบสภาพสินค้าและความถูกต้อง หลังจากนั้น แผนกบริการลูกค้าของ KT SHOP จะติดต่อท่านเพื่อแจ้งกระบวนการเปลี่ยนสินค้า หรือการคืนเงิน KT SHOP จะทำการโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีธนาคาร หรือช่องทางรับเงินต่างๆที่ทางเราได้กำหนดไว้ ซึ่งการขอคืนสินค้ามีเงื่อนไขดังนี้
• KT SHOP ยินดีเปลี่ยนสินค้าหรือคืนเงินในกรณีสินค้าชำรุดเสียหายจากตัวสินค้าเอง  ชำรุดจากการขนส่ง หรือสินค้าไม่ตรงกับรายการที่ลูกค้าสั่งซื้อซึ่งทางร้านจะรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการคืนสินค้าเอง

การรับประกันหลังครบ 30 วันนับแต่วันที่ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้า

หลังจากครบ 30 วันนับจากวันที่ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าแล้ว ท่านยังสามารถเปลี่ยนหรือส่งซ่อมสินค้ากับทางเราได้ ภายใต้เงื่อนไขการรับประกันที่กำหนดไว้สำหรับสินค้านั้นๆ สำหรับรายละเอียดการรับประกันสินค้าแต่ละประเภท ท่านสามารถติดต่อสอบถามเพิ่มเติมได้กับทางเรา

การคืนเงิน

KT SHOP Thailand จะทำการตรวจสอบคำขอคืนสินค้า  พร้อมทั้งเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง และทำการตรวจสอบสินค้า  เมื่อผ่านการตรวจสอบคำขอ เอกสารและสินค้าแล้ว ทางร้านจะทำการคืนเงินให้แก่ท่านภายใน 3 วัน นับจากวันที่ทางเราได้อนุมัติคำร้องขอคืนสินค้า โดย KT SHOP จะโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีธนาคารหรือช่องทางรับเงินต่างๆตามที่ลูกค้าได้แจ้งไว้
